Don't Look Under The Bed [Art Director]

My principal task as art director on Don’t Look Under the Bed was the design and fabrication of "Boogie-World", A nightmarish dreamscape under a child's bed that is haunted by the classic Boogieman.

Using rings cut from discarded carpet, we created a floor of mossy, multi-colored funk in this oversized under-the-bed nightmare-scape.

Among a multitude of oversized prop/set dressing items was this giant stuffed rabbit toy. Others included a giant 9-volt battery, a baby doll, a storybook, and a huge paper lunch sack with a moldering queen-sized peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
